Order Process
For your first purchase, you may check out as a guest or create an account .If you place an order through our Client Service team (phone, WhatsApp, or Instagram), we will collect the required details along with your confirmation of our Terms and Policies.
Order Verification & Acceptance
To maintain our standards of quality and transparency, every order is reviewed and must be accepted by us. After you submit your order, you will receive al confirmation message called an Order Acknowledgment. If your payment cannot be processed for any reason, including but not limited to a blocked card, insufficient funds, security measures, refusal by the card issuer, mismatched information, or an invalid billing address, we will cancel your order without any notification.
Delivery Time
Dispatch and delivery are separate: Delivery takes 5-10 working days after dispatch, not after ordering. You receive a shipping confirmation message 24 hours before dispatch.
Order Cancellation & Changes
Once we send you the Order Acceptance, the order can no longer be changed or canceled.
Product Unavailability
If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after payment, we will inform you immediately. HAYATI COUTURE takes no guarantee of the products availability that you had ordered, if you are making the payment after the given timeframe. Though our efforts will be to process your initial order, but if any of the ordered products is out of stock you will be offered to choose any other product/design (within the same price range). We will not be held responsible if there are delays in delivery due to out of stock products.
Invoicing
For each order, we will issue an electronic invoice for the purchased Products, and by placing an order, you agree to this form of invoicing. In the event of a technical issue, a physical invoice and receipt may be issued on site.
Delivery by Courier
- Your order will be delivered through our chosen courier service (“Courier”).
- Delivery charges are based on the product type and destination. These fees are notified before completing your order.
- Delivery will be made to the address you provided on our Website or in the order form completed on site.
- At the time of delivery, you may be asked to show your Order Acceptance email and a valid original ID.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address details provided by you. You can track the delivery via the code provided.
- Any customs duties or taxes (outside UAE) must be paid by the customer.
Please note: The courier does not deliver to PO Boxes, freight forwarders, or hotels.
